Welcome to DigiSoko Kenya (“KM”, “we”, “our”). By creating an account, listing products, placing orders or using delivery services on this platform, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.

1. The marketplace

DigiSoko Kenya is a multi-vendor online marketplace connecting buyers with independent sellers and verified delivery partners across Kenya. We provide the technology platform; sellers remain responsible for their products and fulfilment unless otherwise stated.

2. Accounts

You must provide accurate registration details and keep login credentials secure.
Buyers, sellers, riders and admins use role-specific portals. Misuse of another role’s access is prohibited.
We may suspend accounts that violate these terms, engage in fraud, or fail verification.

3. Selling

Sellers must complete profile verification before products go live.
Product listings are subject to moderation. Only approved, active-subscription sellers appear in the public catalogue.
Sellers are responsible for accurate descriptions, pricing in Kenyan Shillings (KES), stock levels and lawful goods.
A monthly seller subscription may apply as configured by the platform administrator.

4. Buying & payments

Orders become binding once payment is confirmed according to the selected method (e.g. M-Pesa, card, wallet).
Prices shown include applicable platform display pricing; delivery fees may be added at checkout.
Risk in goods typically passes on delivery unless the seller or law provides otherwise.

5. Delivery partners

Verified riders/delivery partners may be assigned or recommended for orders. Riders must maintain an active subscription and lawful vehicle documentation where required. Buyers and sellers should confirm delivery details in-app or by phone.

6. Prohibited conduct

Illegal goods, counterfeit items, hate content, harassment, payment fraud, and attempts to circumvent platform fees or security are forbidden and may lead to permanent ban and reporting to authorities.

7. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by Kenyan law, KM is not liable for indirect losses, seller product defects beyond platform facilitation, or delays caused by third-party logistics, network outages or force majeure.
